Your gymnast will work through the basic skills in gymnastics on all four women’s Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor), as well as conditioning and trampoline. 60 minutes/ week Classes available weekday evenings and Saturday mornings
Cypress Academy uses the sport of gymnastics as a tool to challenge children to expand their developing capabilities. Each preschooler will strive to advance through 4 different levels: Yellow Fish, Green Turtles, Red Lobsters, and Blue Sharks.
Our boys competitive team consists of some of the best athletes in the country as well as the world. We’ve seen athletes off to college with full scholarships as well as to the Olympics. Our Boys Head Coach, Tom Meadows, was the assistant coach to the 2012 Men’s Olympic Team.
