Refund request. Jul-22-2024 04:15 PM. I have been scammed and I have reported a problem and also requested a refund for the payment I made of over $200 on PayPal. I want to know if BOA can cancel the pending transaction in anyway as my PayPal account is linked with my Bank of America debit card account. Please help me with this issue.

You can open a dispute for non receipt of item if you don't get it OR item received but not as described if it turns out that way. Advice is voluntary.

If so then paypal can only reach out to the other party and request that they refund you, they can't force you to do so. So follow any advice customer services give you to try and get the funds back. About a month ago, Paypal advertised return shipping refunds for purchases made using Paypal. I did request a refund once and received it. I was about to do it again, and nowhere on the site do I see any way to request a return shipping refund like I did before. That option seems to have simply vanished.
Hey there, All you need to do is email us with the transaction ID and state that you need to open a dispute for ‘Non-Receipt’ on a one time use account. They can then manually file the claim for you.
