We are pleased to announce that effective as of October 21, 2020, The Bank of Austin and Texas Hill Country Bank merged with and into The Bank of San Antonio. In connection with the merger transaction, The Bank of San Antonio’s surviving charter was renamed Texas Partners Bank.
