ElbowsMcDeep. • 4 yr. ago. In the US it is acceptable for a client to disrobe entirely for a massage and get onto the table under a sheet. The therapist then un-drapes and re-drapes the body as needed for work. Breasts and genitals are never exposed and buttocks only to a certain point.
