Edit: thanks for all the feedback, whether or not you addressed the initial question. To clarify, I have been looking for an associateship and haven't had much luck until an opening at 100% came to my attention. While I consider myself an evidence based doctor, I need to work and I do think I can learn a lot and get a ton of experience at 100%.

6 years ago I had a bad herniation on L4L5. Before that I was feeling mild pain. I tried going to to the chiropractor twice and each time I went it made my pain worse. I ended up getting a laminectomy and discectomy which made me feel at 100 percent within a month. I started feeling sciatica again. At first I was a 5 out of 10 in pain.
